How to Cook Scallops

One of the easiest ways to cook scallops is by pan-searing them with a little bit of butter, avocado oil and salt. Our scallops are dry, which helps preserve their natural sweetness and makes them easy to sear and caramelize!

How to Cook Scallops

Ingredients

  • Wild Atlantic Sea Scallops
  • Avocado oil
  • Butter
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season with salt.
  3. Heat pan up to medium-high heat.
  4. Add butter and avocado oil to the pan - melt until simmering.
  5. Add sea scallops to the pan - keep from touching.
  6. Cook for a minute and a half on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve Immediately and enjoy!
