How to Cook Dry-Aged Ground Beef

  • 1lb Ground Dry-Aged Steak
  • Oil
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Remove thawed ground beef from the packaging and place it directly into the preheated pan.
