How to Cook a Chuck Eye

How to Cook Chuck Eye  Steak

Ingredients

  • Chuck Eye steak
  • Oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Remove thawed steak from packaging and place on a cutting board.
  2. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and herbs of your choice to the pan and cook until fragrant (30 seconds).
  5. Sear your steak about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Baste with juices.
  7. Sear edges until nicely browned — 1 minute per side.
  8. Continue flipping your steak until internal temp reaches 135°F.
  9. Remove from pan and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Slice, serve and enjoy!
